SHIPPING

• FREE SHIPPING with Standard Shipping option (except on bulk/oversized items).  Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery (except on bulk/oversized items).
• We ship via UPS and USPS within the continental US.  For orders outside the continental US please contact us for applicable shipping rates.
• Expedited shipping options are available.  We offer a 2nd Day Delivery Option for an additional $25.00 (except on bulk/oversized items).
• Bulk shipping rates will apply on larger/oversized items and will be billed as a separate transaction.
• Please allow 5-7 weeks for Earth Friendly Furniture items since they are custom-made to order.
• Earth Friendly Furniture items are shipped via common carrier or UPS ground.
• Orders may arrive by mulitple shipments.
• Sorry, NO CODs.

SALES TAX

• We are required by New Jersey law to apply 7% sales tax on items purchased and shipped in New Jersey.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

• Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt of purchase.
• All items to be returned require a return authorization.  E-mail us at customerservice@livingorganicbaby.com to obtain the return authorization number.  You must have a return authorization number to receive a refund.  We will also provide a return shipping address.
• Items must be unused/unworn and in the original packaging with tags still attatched to receive credit.
• We will honor exchange for size requests as long as the item being returned is in the original packaging with tags still attatched and there is a valid return authorization number.  
• Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in the case of exchanging or returning product(s).  We suggest insuring your package and shipping via a traceable carrier in case of damage or lost items.   
• You will receive e-mail notification once your return/exchange has been processed.
• A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any returned furniture/bulk items.
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable (i.e. expedited shipping).  Orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refunded credit amount.
